This is our 4th year of holding the Treetops 10K. Our 10K race will be taking place on Sunday 11th May 2008 at Trentham Leisure and will start at 10.00am. We are pleased to announce that Michelin Tyre PLC have kindly chosen to sponsor us again for the 4th year running.

We are also pleased to announce that this year we have been certified by the UK Athletics Certificate of Course Accuracy to allow us to become an official road race.

Last year we introduced our 5K race, which proved to be very popular. Over the last 4 years the number of participants has increased and last year we had over 400 runners take part in the 5K and 10K races. This year we are looking for your help to increase this again and to break the 500 barrier.

The course is set in an idyllic environment surrounded by woodlands, Italian gardens and part of the course takes you around the tranquil lake. The course terrain is fairly easy going with the majority of the course being on flat ground with one slight incline.

Why not bring family and friends to cheer you on and whilst you are running through the woodland they can take advantage of the food and drink stalls and the entertainment activities that will be taking place.

Overall, the 10K is a pleasant event for all levels of runners and their family and friends.
