Bibendum Treads out for Local Children's Hospice

For the fourth year running Michelin Tyre Company plc is sponsoring the Treetops 10K. The local Tyre company has been involved from the outset, and has a number of employees taking part. In addition, the Michelin man will be making a personal appearance to cheer runners on their way.

The Donna Louise Children's Hospice Trust Head of Fundraising and Public Relations, Melanie Mills, said

" We are indebted to Michelin Tyre plc for their continued support which has helped the event become the success it is today."

The Treetops 10K race will take place on Sunday 11th May at Trentham Leisure, formerly known as Trentham Gardens. The race, sponsored by Michelin, starts at 10am and has been officially measured by the Midlands Counties Athletics Association making it an official road race with individual timings and a must for competitive runners.

The race, which is entering its 4th year, is open to Competitive, Fun Runners and Walkers. A 5K course and 10k Team Challenge Event is also available. The Treetops 10K is a day of fun for the whole family and entry to Trentham Leisure is free until 12 noon.
