The Donna Louise Trust Children's Hospice Service provides respite and end of life care for children in Staffordshire and South Cheshire who, as a result of illness or accident, are not expected to live beyond their teenage years.
The Trust was established following the death of Donna Louise Hackney, a young girl who tragically died of cystic fibrosis in 1995 at the age of 16 and officially registered as a charity in May 1999.
The children and families receive high quality support and care at our Treetops hospice in Trentham, Stoke on Trent and also directly into their homes via our Community Nursing Team.Under our charitable objects, we support children and families from Staffordshire and South Cheshire.
